What functionality is missing? What is unsatisfying with the current situation?

When you have a lot of articles, it is difficult to search for items that may fall into more than one tag catagory. It would be nice if there was a way to search by TAG and use AND or OR in the search parameters.    

How does this feature request address the current situation?

An Example is when a person wants to find a Tavern in a certain part of a city. If they could search by Cityname AND Tavern AND Sectionname and have a result of all of the articles that have all three tags in them, it would give them a list of taverns in the city, and in the section they are looking at.    

What are other uses for this feature request?

I think this would be very helpful utilizing the TAG system to its full potential and allowing greater control of search results for all circumstances.
