The stormgeist has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the hyena's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Shock (Recharge 6). One creature within 15 feet of the stormgeist must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 5 (2d4) lightning damage on a failed save, and half as much on a success. Up to 10 stormgeists within 10 feet of the attacking stormgeist can assist with the attack (no action required), adding 2 damage per assisting stormgeist to the attack's damage.   Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) lightning damage.
