Planeshift Tarkir
Spellcasting. The scribe casts one of the following spells, requiring no material components and using Intelligence as the scribe ability (spell save DC 13):
Evasion. If the scribe is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, the scribe instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw and only half damage if it fails, provided it isn't incapacitated.
Multiattack. The scribe makes two Howling Wind attacks.
Howling Wind. Melee Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) bludgeoning damage plus 9 (2d8) thunder damage.
Crippling Chill (1/Day). A blast of cold air erupts around a creature the scribe can see within 90 feet of it. The creature must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) cold damage and is restrained until the start of the scribe's next turn. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and isn't restrained.
Slow Fall. When the scribe takes falling damage, it may reduce the damage by half.
