Innate Spellcasting. The rakshasa's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks). The rakshasa can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components.
Induce Fear. As a bonus action, the rakshasa read can create utter hopelessness and wracking doubt in a target with whom it can make eye contact. The target must succeed at a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of the rakshasa. Every 24 hours the target may attempt a new saving throw. Magic Resistance. The rakshasa has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. Sibsig Thralls. When the rakshasa casts animate dead, it can target one additional corpse or pile of bones, creating another zombie or skeleton, as appropriate. Undead created by the rakshasa have an additional 9 hp and a +3 to their weapon damage rolls.
Multiattack. The rakshasa makes two Chill Touch attacks. It can replace one of the attacks with a use of Spellcasting. Chill Touch (Cantrip). Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (4d8 + 5) necrotic damage, and the target can't regain hit points until the start of the rakshasa's next turn.
Feed on Death. When a creature within 30 feet of the rakshasa drops to 0 hit points, the rakshasa gains 5 (1d10) temporary hit points.
