Skills: Confer Disease Resistance. The malady nightmare can grant advantage on constitution saving throws against being diseased/poisoned to anyone riding it.   Diseased Aura. The Malady Nightmare emits a fog of toxins in a 10-foot radius dealing 4d6 damage to any creature that enters the effective radius or begins their turn inside the radius.

With a pale sickly coat of green and a mane of condensed toxins the Malady Nightmare is the only mount fitting for Pestilence. Although originally an average Pegasus, this creature has been corrupted by Pestilence's aura of disease losing its wings but gaining the ability to expel noxious fumes much like his rider and is immune to poison.

Suggested Environments

Malady Follows Pestilence everywhere he goes although it prefers to be surrounded by the aftermath of battle with any survivors, which quickly fall to the Malady's disease.
