Ohirume Mon'yo Tokusei: Ten no Horei (Ohirume Bloodline Trait: Heavenly Decree)

You are the descendant of the great Amaterasu Ohirume no Mikoto, the ruler of Takamagahara, and as such you have the divine right to rule all the land. You possess a mystical magic that forces others to bow at your will.
As an action, you speak whilst channeling the will of heaven, your voice echoes and resonates as you decreeing your will on others. Each creature of your choice that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you until the end of your next turn or until the charmed creature takes any damage. You can also cause any of the charmed creatures to drop what they are holding when they fail the saving throw. The saving throw DC is calculated as follows:
Save DC = 8+your proficiency bonus + Charisma modifier.
Additionally, when they are charmed they suffer an additional condition of your choice, depending on what you say:
Bow Down. The creatures that are charmed by you in this way fall prone as they genuflect in reverence to you. They remain prone until they take damage. 
Cease. The creatures that are charmed by you in this way are paralyzed as they are subject to your will. They remain paralyzed for one round or until they take damage.
I am your Empress. The creatures that are charmed by you in this way become frightened as they feel the wrath of heaven. They must spend there entire turn running as far away from you as possible. They remain frightened until they take damage. 
You can only use this feature once before taking a long rest.
