Rogue, 4th level

You are an expert at gaining cover and shooting at long range     When you choose this power, you can enter a marksman position, laying down and hiding in order to strike while unseen. In your marksman position you are considered prone as you are laying down, but you do not have disadvantage on ranged attacks. Aditionally, whenever you enter the marksman position you can make a stealth check. On a 15+ you are considered hidden.     When you make a ranged attack in your marksman position, you can add an extra d4 to your damage rolls only once per attack. You can use this feature an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
