Shadow Beast

Replaces Necrotic Shroud, must have Lycanthropy Curse, must be blessed by a goddess of darkness

Starting at 6th level, you can use your action to unleash the dark energy within yourself, and twist it through your lycanthropic curse. Your eyes blaze black fire and two skeletal, ghostly, flightless wings to sprout from your back, as you morph into either the Wolf or Hybrid werewolf forms. Coarse, black fur will sprout from your lengthening limbs while horrible black teeth burst from an elongated snout.

Shapeshifter

You can use your action to polymorph into a wolf-humanoid Hybrid or into a Wolf, or back into your humanoid true form. Your stats remain the same in each form, except you get +1 to AC in the Hybrid and Wolf forms. You also get avantage on Perception checks which use hearing or smell. Any equipment you're wearing or carrying isn't transformed. You revert to your true form if you die.   While in Hybrid form, you can do any action you could normally do in humanoid form, although you have disadvantage on Dexterity checks and saving throws. You however gain advantage on Intimidation checks.   While in Wolf form, you can no longer do any action which requires use of your arms, and you cannot speak, but you gain +10 to your movement speed along with the +1 to AC listed above.

Shadow Shroud (Once per Long Rest)

The instant you transform from humanoid into either Hybrid or Wolf, other creatures within 10 feet of you that can see you must each succeed on a Charisma saving throw (DC 8) or become frightened of you until the end of their next turn. You also add necrotic damage to all melee attacks in Hybrid or Wolf form equal to your player level. This affect only works once per long rest.

Attacks While In Hybrid or Wolf Form

You can no longer use any held objects including weapons while transformed, and instead must use your natural claws and teeth.   Multiattack. (Hybrid Form Only). You make two attacks: one with your bite and one with your claws.   Bite (Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: STR + PROF to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + STR piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with werewolf lycanthropy.   Claws. (Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: STR + PROF to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 2d4 + STR slashing damage.

Bloodlust

When you take an action to transform, and each time you are damaged while transformed, you must make a DC 12 Charisma Saving Throw. On a failure, you afflicted by the Bloodlust condition, and are unable to control the bloodlust that fills your mind. You must begin consuming the nearest humanoid or animal corpse. If there is no corpse to consume, you must instead attack the nearest creature until they are killed, and eat their corpse. If you can find no creatures nearby, you must hunt around until you do. You are unable to transform back to your humanoid form while affected by Bloodlust.   While affected by Bloodlust, at the end of your turn, you may make another DC 12 Charisma Saving Throw, on a success the condition is lifted.

A Beast of the Moon

The moon is an essential aspect of your curse, and the sight of it makes it more difficult to control. On nights of the full moon, you are forced into your Hybrid form until morning, and the DC for your Bloodlust condition is raised to 18.

Silver Suffering

The purity of silver directly opposes the darkness in your blood, and contact with it causes you great pain. In all forms, you are vulnerable to any melee attack done with a silver weapon.
