Can only be taken at level 1

You are thin and weak of frame. Subtract 1 from the number of hit points you gain at each level. This flaw can reduce the number of hit points you gain to 0 (but not below).   Special: You must have a Constitution of 4 or higher to take this flaw.   FLAW: This is a flaw feat. At your DM's discretion, you may take this feat at level 1. If you do, you may also gain a feat, or increase two of ability scores by +1 (or one by +2).
