Novice Transmutation Spell ( Arcane, Occult )
Description:
Your arms swing wide and twist in a sweeping motion with your forefingers pointing up, and you make a shout audible to your target (in decible, hearing your verbal components is not a requirement).
Choose up to five falling creatures within range. A falling creature’s rate of descent slows to 60 feet per round until the spell ends. If the creature lands before the spell ends, it takes no falling damage and can land on its feet, and the spell ends for that creature.
Augments: (Requires Expertise)
Effects and changes by increasing complexity.
- Wide Net [+3]: Increase the range of Feather Fall to 120 feet.
- Sustained [+1]: This spell gains concentration, and its duration increases to up to 10 minutes.
The Laws of Magic: (Requires Expertise)
Principles that create a stronger bond within the magic - granting affinity.
- Common Component (+1 AFF): A Contour Feather or Down from either a Goose, Raven, or Bird of Prey
- Exotic Component (+3 AFF): A Feather from a Roc, Phoenix, or Stormbird
- Not Applicable
- Possession (+2 AFF): If cast upon a single target you have met, holding a possession that they own.
