Leadership is the ability to coordinate and motivate people towards a common goal through actions and speeches. Your inspiring words can spur people to action and make them fight through adversity. Leadership can be combined with a Rally action in combat in order to make a creature recover from Down and Out at a distance. If you pass this check, the creature is inspired by your words and get back to their feet, ready to fight!
