Limited Magic Immunity. The rakshasa can't be affected or detected by spells of 3th level or lower unless it wishes to be. It has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.

Actions

Multiattack. The Ancient Vampire Guard can use its Frightful Presence. It then can make 5 attacks: One bite, One with its greatsword and One sickle and Two attacks with its claws.   Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d8+8) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage.   Greatsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (2d12+8) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage.   Sickle: Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target., one target. Hit 20 (2d10+8) Slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage.   Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target., one target. Hit 16 (2d6+8) Slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) necrotic damage. The target is Grappled (Escape DC 18). The Target is Restrained until the grapple ends. The Vampire Guard can grapple up to 3 creatures.   Swallow: The Vampire guard makes one bite Attack against a Medium or smaller target it is Grappling. If the Attack hits, the target is also swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the target is Blinded and Restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other Effects outside the Vampire Guard, and it takes 40 (10d6) Slashing damage at the start of each of the Vampire Guard's turns. A Vampire Guard can have only five creatures swallowed at a time. If the Vampire takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from the swallowed creature, the Vampire Guard must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate the creature, which falls prone in a space within 10 ft. of the behir. If the Vampire Guard dies, a swallowed creature is no longer Restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 15 ft. of Movement, exiting prone.   Blood Siphon (Recharge 6): The Ancient Vampire Guard Drains vitality from creatures around it. Each creature within 30 feet of it must make a con save DC 18 or take 15d8 necrotic damage the vampire guard heals for half of the damage dealt. EX: If the vampire guard deals 80 damage to 3 characters dealing a total of 240 it will only heal 40 hp.   Frightful Presence. Each creature of the Vampire Guard's choice that is within 120 feet of the Vampire Guard and are aware of it must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Legendary Actions

The Ancient Vampire Guard can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. Spent legendary Actions are regained at the start of each turn.   Detect. The Ancient Vampire Guard makes a wisdom (Perception) check     Greatsword: The Ancient Vampire Guard makes a greatsword attack.     Expunge: The Ancient Vampire Guard deals 12 (3d6) piercing damage to a creature within its hollow cage and heals for the same damage.

A towering creature nearly 20 feet tall. Armor made of scraps or long darkened metal covered in old blood and old mud. It's chest is a hollow cage with some skeletons or rings in them and carries a great sword of equal height in one of its 4 arms. This creature is seen rarely and only when Vampires wish to make a move on the natural world.
