Stalker - The Blind Stalker's ever changing scales warp the light around them to enable it to go unseen. As an action, the Blind Stalker can turn invisible until the end of it's next turn.
Acidic Touch - Any creature grappled by the Blind Stalker takes an additional 2d8 acidic damage at the beginning of the Blind Stalkers turn.
Lunge - If the Blind Stalker makes a claw attack from stealth, they can leap forward 15 feet to make the attack and deal an additional (4d6) piercing damage.
Multiattack - The Blind Stalker attacks two times with it's tentacles and one time with it's claws.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 4 (1d8) piercing damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 14) and restrained until the grapple ends.
Tentacle Slam. The Blind Stalker slams creatures grappled by it into each other or a solid surface. Each creature must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or take 10 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage and be stunned until the end of the otyugh's next turn. On a successful save, the target takes half the bludgeoning damage and isn't stunned.
