Oakheart can make two attacks if it attacks using it's Tree Arms. Tree Arms

Oakheart can shoot a sharpened stick from his branches: Ranged Melee Attack: +2 to hit, 60ft, one target. Hit: (1d12 - 1) Juicebox
Oakheart makes a grapple check against a target. Athletics (+6). If you are successful you can make an attack with advantage. +7 to hit. Hit: (2d6 + 4) Piercing damage. You heal the damage you deal to the target as you drain their blood.

Oakheart can use their reaction to intercept any attack that goes through their threatening zone or targets a creature within their reach. This cannot protect a creature from an area of effect.
