Studded Lightning Armor

Once per day, by speaking the items command word, the armor shoots lightning out of its studs. The wearer must concentrate on the lightning effect. The wearer gains a fly speed equal half of their movement speed (rounded down to the nearest five feet). If someone is directly under the wearer while flying, they take 3d6 lightning damage, with a dexterity saving throw (equal to 8 + Dexterity + Proficiency Bonus of the wearer) for half.
