Description Tenari vary immensely in size and stature, with no constant between them. This instability and chaos is inherent in their descendants. They’re constantly restless and notoriously difficult to control. 
Applications You gain a +1 circumstance bonus to all saving throws against spells and effects with the incapacitation or mental traits. If you roll a success on a saving throw against an effect with both the incapacitation and mental effects, you get a critical success instead.
