Your face is twisted and corrupted. Cheekbones are uneven, eyes are at uneven levels, your nose is either huge or comically small, your mouth is crooked and your ears are at different levels. Your skin has changed texture and feel and become something wholly alien. You are one of the "true" mutants and it is impossible to tell what species you were to begin with. Most people will find your appearance disturbing and may fear you.
