The Amulet of Cowardice is on a necklace made of silver chain. The amulet itself has an engraving of a man running away from a rabbit.   Once per week (14 days because that is how our calendar works), you can use your reaction to teleport 30 feet away, to an open space of your choice, from an attack made against you, dodging the attack.   This item requires attunement.
