Path of Apathy
Barbarian
Level 3: Discomforting Presence
While you are raging, when a hostile creature starts its turn within 5 feet of you, that creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your Constitution modifier + your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has Disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of its turn, and its Speed is reduced by 10 feet.
Level 6: Hollow Mind
Once per turn while you are raging, when a creature you can see directly targets you with a spell, it must first succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your Constitution modifier + your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature takes Psychic damage equal to your Barbarian level plus your Rage Damage bonus. If the spell is from the Enchantment or Illusion school, you also gain Advantage on any saving throws made against that spell.
Level 10: No Empathy
While raging, when a creature you can see within 20 feet of you uses a spell or feature that restores Hit Points, you can use your Reaction to deal 3d6 Psychic damage to that creature. You can use this Reaction a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Level 14: Unyielding
Once per Long Rest, when you make a Constitution saving throw as part of your Relentless Rage feature, you can choose to succeed without rolling. Additionally, while you are raging, you are immune to the Charmed and Frightened conditions.
Whenever you succeed on a Relentless Rage saving throw, hostile creatures within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your Constitution modifier + your Proficiency Bonus) or become Emotionally Suppressed until the end of their next turn. While Emotionally Suppressed, a creature suffers the following effects:
- It cannot take Reactions.
- It cannot regain Hit Points.
- It has Disadvantage on its next attack roll.
