The black, lacquered wood haft of this flail is decorated with bronze-filled arcane etchings. Three bronze chains attach at one end of the haft, each bearing a pair of spiked bands at the opposite end. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. The flail is light in your grip, the chains seeming to move more with your thoughts than your hand. The magic imbued in this weapon gives it the finesse property.
