You now add your Dexterity Modifier to any attack rolls made with your pact gun that ISNT fully automatic.
When you fire a bullet, you can use this feature to change the damage type of the attack to that of one of your cantrips damage types. You can use this feature an amount of times equal to your proficiency modifier
