Spend 10 mana to add 1 to attack total. This perk can be activated a number of times equal to the character's weapon skill divided by 10 round down on a single attack.

Description This perk is applicable to any ranged or melee weapon attack skill, including Melee: Unarmed. Degrees of Performance Each additional time this perk is taken reduces the mana cost by half to a minimum of 2 mana.
