College of Command

Bard Class

Tactical Training

You have trained your body for battle and honed the strategic instincts of your mind. Upon joining this College at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor, shields, and two gaming sets of your choice.

Bardic Command

Starting at 3rd level, you can expend a bardic inspiration to issue one of the following commands below, targeting a willing creature within 30 feet that can hear and understand you. You may use one of the following Commands on them:   Command: Attack. As a bonus action, you command an allied creature to attacks. The target can use its reaction to make one weapon attack against a creature, adding the number you roll on the Bardic Inspiration die to the attackā€™s damage roll.   Command: Move. As a bonus action, you command an allied creature to move into a more favorable position. The target can use their reaction to immediately move up to half their movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks.   Command: Holdfast. When an allied creature is hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to bolster their defenses. The target gains a bonus to their Armor Class equal to a roll your bardic inspiration against the triggering attack, which lasts until the start of their next turn.

Gallant Leader

Your ability to fight and issue commands have improved. Starting at 6th level, when you issue a command, you can make one weapon attack as part of the command on that turn. In addition, you have advantage on saving throws to resist the charmed and frightened conditions.

Rally

Starting at 14th level, you have reached the pinncale of your abilities to bolster your allies resolve. As an action, you can manifest a war banner and plant it into the ground in front of you. When you plant the banner, you can grant any number of allied creatures other than you within 30 feet of the banner a d6.   For 1 minute, while a creature has one of the d6's, and they are within 15 feet of the banner, they can use one of the following effects:   Endurance. When a creature with the d6 takes damage, they can use their reaction to reduce the damage the attack deals by the amount equal to a roll of the d6 + your charisma modifier.   Perserverance. When a creature with the d6 hits another creature, they can use their reaction to make one weapon attack, adding the d6 to the attack roll.   Resolve. When a creature with the d6 makes a saving throw, they can use their reaction to roll the d6 twice, and choose which one to add to the roll.   Recover. When a creature end's their turn, they can roll the d6 and gains temporary hit points equal to the number rolled + your charisma modifier.   Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
