Eldaru
Wondrous Item
Varies requires spellcasting ability Requires Attunement
This glowing glass bottle is always filled with a thin, oily fluid. This fluid can not be consumed, evaporating a few moments after leaving the bottle. Additionally, it is covered in a number of stickers as seen in the chart below. Each sticker represents a spell, as chosen by the Dungeon Master upon granting the item picked from the wizard spell list.
Pulling off a sticker prepares the spell for use. It can be placed on another surface, or in your hand, or wherever applicable. One ounce of the fluid inside poured on the sticker activates the spell bound inside, acting as if you had cast it and using your spellcasting modifiers.
The time needed to cast each spell is divided by 10. If it's an action to cast, it becomes a bonus action. It can not be shorter than a bonus action.
Similar to wizards writing spells in a spellbook, a spellcaster can spend an hour and any material components involved in the spell to manifest a new sticker on the bottle (can be any spell that the caster knows), at that point working identically to the original stickers. If the spell takes more than half an hour to cast, add an additional hour, and 30 minutes per 10 minutes past the original 30. (ie, a spell taking an hour to cast takes 3 and a half hours to become a sticker.)
If this item is crafted, it will not have any stickers until they are added.
This bottle can hold a maximum number of stickers according to rarity.
