Casteless Glory. With their reputation on the line, the casteless fight that much harder. Casteless deal an additional damage die on any successful attack (included in the attack). Crossbow Expert. Thanks to extensive practice with the crossbow, the Scout gains the following benefits:
- You ignore the loading property of crossbows with which you are proficient.
- Being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn't impose disadvantage on your ranged attack rolls.
- When you use the Attack action and attack with a one-handed weapon, you can use a bonus action to attack with a hand crossbow you are holding.
Actions
Heavy Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 100 ft., one target. Hit: 2d10+3 bludgeoning damage. Fan of Knives. All targets in a 30-foot cone must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or suffer 3d4+3 piercing damage. On a successful save, the damage is reduced by half. Healing Grenade. The Scout chucks a small bulbous vial that explodes on impact releasing a soothing mist that heals all targets within a 20 by 20-foot area for 3d6+10. Fistful of Sand. All targets within a 15-foot cone must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or become blinded until the end of their next turn.
Reactions
Viper's Dodge. If the Scout is targeted by a single target spell or attack and it misses by a total of 4 or more, he may roll to a new position up to 10 feet away from his previous position. Viper's dodge provokes no attacks of opportunity as he leaves the zone of engagement.
