Session 7: Into the Witchwood

General Summary

• Ate a big breakfast prepared by Yngis (bacon, eggs, pastries, fruit juice, etc.)

• Journeyed into Witchwood, completed skill challenge and made good time through the majority of the Witchwood

• Got to area surrounding the Old Hag's Cabin and saw it was a maze of various paths with large trees, rocks, hills, etc. There were nearly a dozen treasure chests distributed throughout a handful of different sections of less-dense forest and clearings

• Some chests brought the attention of giant flies/wasps or mushroom folk, others had helpful items or money, others were trapped with poison or strange magic. The group paused briefly to let Trent heal everyone

• When attempting to rest after being poisoned by a trap and Bud ate a poisoned berry, the group was ambushed by some moldies (vegepygmies)

• Finished resting and came to the edge of the Old Hag's garden near her cabin around 1pm
