Pemberley Tinwhistle
Pemberley Tinwhistle, a halfling bard with wavy and cow-licked light brown hair, hazel eyes, a tuft of hair on his chin, and a slightly-crooked nose wearing a faded grey raincoat. He has some shiny jewelry like a short necklace made of oxidizing copper, a pair of silver earrings, and a brass bull ring on their pinky finger. Pemberley smokes a pipe and his teeth are a bit yellow from the pipeweed. While he can’t play the tin whistle, he is a fantastic beat-boxer.
