Joppo Cereganno

The Station Master at the Way Station by the bridge over the Silver Peak Run (a river that flows down from the Silver Peaks, a mountain range to the north of Marabin). He is grizzled and has a generally disinterested demeanor, though he seems to enjoy gambling and fish sandwiches. His pet goat is Percival, who has a silvery-white coat and piercing green eyes that turn silver when he's threatened (as he also grows in size). The two of them assisted the party when the group was beset by fishy attackers (sahuagin on giant crabs). Percival, who is actually a sentient magic item (a silver goat figurine), was given to Bud Towers (The Hero of Our Time) in gratitude.
