The Lost Isles of Nemorah

The western continent that was swallowed up by the Erasure.
Being a cluster of islands in between the Eastern and Western hemisphere, it is virtually the only respite between the vast ocean connecting the world.
In 2750 The Erasure occurred, wiping Nemorah off the map entirely, with the exception of the northernmost island. As world water levels dropped, it cause the seabed to alter the tides, making it incredibly dangerous to sail to the once gently sea, Isolating the eastern and western continents from what little exposure they had from each other.
