History
It was founded after Genesis decided he wasn't cut out for heroism.
Disbandment
Before he gave the company up to his sister (blackmail) it was in a frozen state, where no production or sell was taking place. He had no longer wanted anything to do with it.
After he gave up the company to his sister, it was more or less destroyed in the war.
