History
Created in the year 386 in the midst of the World Invasion, all princely and princess kingdom will unite to fight a common enemy. They are united by a women with a very socialize personality, a country created out of hopes and dreams of a legacy that a certain man bring. She stood up and reminded why we united in the first place. And so all the warring nation sign the one treaty thanks to her diplomatic and persuasion skills called the Southern United Treaty of Rucina.

Mostly a bunch of random mix of Owlians, demi humans, dwarves, beastman, and etc, MOstly Zerians

Currently a quarter of the Iberos Continent. ranging from the mountain borders of the peninsula desert and the rivers, mountains and sea of the south, east and west.

The Confederation's mobile infantry and royal armies to deal with humans and other sub species, and the Hunters to deal with monsters specifically.
Technological Level
They are now in the mix of the Medieval swords and magic combine with a mix of modern and industrial era. The gap in each sector is high especially Central.
Religion
A mix of Atheist, Liberals, Taoism amd etc.

They are mostly an Agricultural nation with a mix of industry and military depending on the sector nothing is permanent and may change year after year sometime industrialist , sometimes magic and scientific progress, sometime a full military nation.

All kinds of goods ranging from staple foods, Perishables, luxury and etc. Minerals from stones, coal, copper, steel, and many more magic mineral like Mithril, adamintite, orihalcum and etc. And more exotic animals unqiue to the Continents and countries and many more.
Transportation ranging from vehicles, trains, sub ways, ships, aircrafts, teleportation gates or spells, ports, sudden markets, and many more mixed economy.
Education
Differ from each sector but gross estimation suggest that they have 40% of their entire population is illiterate.
We use levels of Academic standards that ranges differ from each countries. The Confederation primarily focus on learning the spiritual side and magical side of the spectrum. And sometime each sector differ where some prefer more to science, some more to the military side, some more to the economy and geography and etc.
This Countries education have no standards if I have to simplify.
Infrastructure
They have everything, aqueducts, sewage systems, train networks, cable cars, radio towers, airports, harbors, castles, fortresses, bunkers, bridges, underground cities, huge colossal walls, flying cities, teleportation gates, malls, warehouse, giant cannons, and etc. All in the name of variety.
Mythology & Lore
It is said that humans already existed before God came to be, Humans are once said to be one entity and one of the son of the spirit king. But out of the rebellious and independent nature of the humans, we decided to ignore and challenge him. Lost drastically we we're punish by slipt into multiple pieces, given a mortal form and live among the flesh. And now our goal is to achieve enlightenment and remove our flesh, combine as one spirit and return one once more into the immaterium.
And seeing the sad state of us, the Spirit King would once send an Avatar every one thousand years to lead us and become one. One of them is the first emperor of the Xin Dynasty Emperor Rucina.

Cosmological Views
The world is said to be created by us Humans. To be more specific it is told that humans are once one and all. In our rebellion, the Spirit King split us whole, from our fluids to become the sea, our flesh as the lands, our minds as the persons of race and our soul into every living being from animals, plants, and sentient creature. And our one true goal is to remove our rebellious nature and converge as one spirit, mind, body, and soul. And for each stars in the galaxy is the same spirits suffering the same fate as " I " am.
Tenets of Faith
The whispers of the spirits, and the only one who can listen is the maidens of purity. And to prevent lies they are usually given a spirit truth bell. This is a worse case scenario since purity maidens are usually chosen by the spirit king to be very frank with everything.
Ethics
All sorts of ritual are fine if you have the approval of more than 13 council members out of 16.
Worship
They worship the spirits of the other realm, the immaterium.
Priesthood
The Shamans, monks, the spirit maidens, the guardians, and etc.
Most of them can be very distinguish by their wear which is usually white. With the exception of the Guardians which is jade green.
Granted Divine Powers
The power to use the spirits energy basically Qi or spirit energy that differs from the use of magic which is the borrowed power of god. Where even the Owls can use Qi but hesitate.

It's power is so dangerous for humans that Martial Artist are now a banned profession. And may result in a life time imprisonment. For the fact that Martial artist are trained to deal with humans but monsters.
