Force Ionization
You briefly superheat a point in the air within 60 feet of you to over 100 million degrees, causing a bright flash and massive amounts of energy to escape from it. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A target is stunned and takes 1d10 force damage plus 1d4 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the fire damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 1st, and the area of effect increases by 5ft for each slot level above 1st.
