Igor (Ee-gore)

Igor is the current mayor of Yasoga, but apart from that fact he is quite a mysterious character. No one can accurately state where he comes from, when he took the office of mayor, why he works so hard at his job, how he transformed the town into a place of great learning so quickly and efficiently, or even what exactly he is as a creature. His look and stature would suggest either a rather tall Gnome or a rather short Human, but also his face sports a very large, long, and goblin-like nose, along with pointed, Elf-like ears. His receeding hairline and white hair would suggest that he is middle-aged or older, yet no one really knows his true age, nor does he act very old in the first place. He wears very formal clothing at all times, even insisting on wearing lace-less shoes, black slacks, a black suit, a white and collared shirt, a black tie and white gloves at all times, regardless of dress code or function.
Apart from being mayor, Igor is also the headmaster of Yasoga's five major primary schools, which are as follows

• Yasoga Primary School of Martial Arts
• Yasoga Secondary School of Advanced Learning

One final odd quirk about him is that he refers to his personal office as "The Velvet Room" (which is located within the Yasoga Secondary School of Advanced Learning). Very few have stepped into said office and when asked, he says that only those with "special talents" are allowed inside.
