The Black Dragon Inn

Purpose / Function

This inn has become the centre for the rebellion. Its the place where the cityfolk would go when they needed a safe place to relax. Its also the place where the rebellion has there meetings.

Alterations

Not much has changed in the inn, exept  for the basment.  A large able is situated in the middle of the room, surrounded by the barrels of beer. Off to the side of the basment are a couple of rooms with beds in them.

Architecture

This building is a small wooden one story building. The top floor has some plain rooms for sleeping in and the bottom floor is a fully functioning pub. It is warm and inviting, unlike the majoity of the city and the vibrancy of its intrior was intended to make its inhabitants relaxed. The fire is always going and the many small booths are there for security.

Tourism

The majority of the people there are locals, as adventurers are forbidden within the city. You either end up there for a cheep beer to drown your sorrows, or there to orginise rebellions.
