The Dærekht of the elves

The Dærekht is the ruling body of the elves. It consists of thirteen members, the Tanneh and twelve Dærekhtian. The Tanneh is elected by individual elders of each elvish city this newly elected individual then selects twelve Dærekhtian. Those twelve each fulfill unique purpose but some of their duties may overlap.
