Education

A base education is had by all in the form of basic arithmetic, novice level reading, and doing your assigned duties. Higher education like that of understanding prose and larger sentences is reserved for the lucky or the wealthy. Several small colleges exist. Those are often the ones less well off people are likely to send their children though a few larger colleges exist to cater to their wealthier clients. In the lesser colleges students often stay in barracks like rooms fitting a dozen to a room while their richer counter parts lounge in 2 person dorms. It is said that the education is comparable though one is unlikely to outshine someone who attended the more "prestigious" school when it comes time to find work. This discrepancy is not found in any of the mages colleges however. Those who are lucky enough to be adept at manipulating Aura will find themselves in these archives of knowledge and are far more versed and capable than any who attended another school save a few.
