Structure

At the top of Thundercorp is the infamous greatywrm Ilnafex Mordrayanath, the CEO of Thundercorp. His duties are to manage all of Thundercorp.
Next is the CFO, Nora Mordrayanath, a female half-blue dragon dwarf sorcerer who just so happens to be Ilnafex's daughter. Her duties are to direct the financial activities of Thundercorp, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and predict Thundercorp's future growth.
Next is the COO, Locke Grunvald, an enby half-elf warlock from Aladar. Their duties are to design business operations, establish policies that promote Thundercorp's culture and vision, and oversee the operations of Thundercorp and the work of Thundercorp executives.

Culture

If you asked a low-ranking member of Thundercorp what Thundercorp's main beliefs were, they would likely respond with the following:

• Freedom. Thundercorp is a company that cares about the freedom of its employees, and seeks to help them, not exploit them.
• Hope. Thundercorp is a company that hopes for a better world, better economy, and better life for all.
• Kindness. Thundercorp seeks to be kind to others and provide them with opportunities to prosper.
• Trust. Thundercorp trusts its employees to do their work properly, and expects its employees to trust them in kind, although Thundercorp does not demand their trust.

However, this is all just a convincing facade put on by the higher-ups at Thundercorp. Thundercorp's true beliefs are the following:

• Caution. Trust no one, for anyone could be a schemer seeking to stab you in the back.
• Control. Control the narrative, and you control everything.
• Ruthlessness. Use any and all resources at your disposal to achieve your goals, no matter the ethical or moral limitations.
• Selfishness. Look out only for yourself. No one else matters.
• Truth. See through any and all lies others would use to try to control you, including the lies of ethics and morality.

Public Agenda

Nominally, Thundercorp claims to be motivated by freedom, hope, kindness, and trust. Of course, the truth is far from that.

Assets
