The Bear Tribe

The Bear Tribe focuses on strength and endurance. Their children are born with an expectation, be strong or die. Their leader is Bear Chief Bran, who is a rough man that has gained the respect of his tribe off of physical prowess alone. Chiefs usually serve for life, as murder or mutiny within a tribe is forbidden, but Chief Bran is different. He allows people of his tribe to challenge him to one on one combat to replace him in his position, many have tried, many have failed. The Bear Tribe are known for producing barbarians and fighters primarily. As a way to ensure the tribe is staying at peak performance, Bran has his young warriors compete in hand to hand combat to determine the champion that will partake in the hunt.
