The Citadel

In the citadel, behind closed doors, political intrigues and secret meetings are commonplace. Where the fate of Vapore is decided, there is little room left for trust.

Government

In the citadel, there are the government buildings, and the residence of the Lord of Vapore. In the citadels live also ambassadors from neighbouring cities and foreign countries.

Defences

The citadel is well protected by the city walls, and can only be accessed trough a single, heavily guarded gate.

In the citadel there are always between 50 and 125 city guards, plus the personal guard of the lord, counting 25 highly trained members.
