Sunless Citadel

Originally Stoneface Stronghold of the kingdom of the ancient human king, Helderoth, the Sunless Citadel received its current moniker after it was destroyed by the rampage of the Great Wrym Ashardalon. A small contingent of the Cult of Ashardalon moved out of their main temple, the Nightfange Spire, and began worshipping in what was left of this fortress at the bottom of the 40-foot ravine where it now resides.
