Little is known about this mysterious and expansive underground criminal organization. Rumors say that The Shadow Syndicate popped up not long after the Empire of New Oster reached the shore of Yorn. Others say that is has ties to an old criminal syndicate in Oster known as The Eye. Many members revere The Astral Pilgrim, a mysterious deity who is said to travel to other worlds and dimensions.
