Oan Accenda

The Oan Accenda, or just the Accenda, was a mapping agency for the Milky Way. This group of razheans tasked themselves with charting every single solar system in the galaxy, assigning them coordinates and code numbers.

After 84% of the Milky Way was mapped, the Accenda was disbanded. All of its information was stored within Mastermind, an artificial intelligence system designed to store masses of information gathered by the razhean species.
