The Black Hand

The Black Hand are an illegal organization that function out of the Baraasi underground. They control the majority of the illegal activity in the city, as any illegal activity done without their approval is met with harsh reproval.
The organization was started in the Dawn Age after the defeat of Black Bin when loyalists among the elite of New Baraas who had been relieved of their positions of power and influence decided to form an underground resistance movement that they called the Black Hand of Bin. Though unsuccessful at achieving their goal of returning Black Bin from the dead through necromancy, the organization still exists today as little more than a criminal element in the city's slums. Though some members still claim to be working toward the resurrection of the long dead emperor.
