Wolf Apple Cider

Made from wolf apples and wild yeast and fermented in small wooden casks. As no additional sugar is added, it often finishes flat and with a modest ABV, but with a bracing tartness. Due to the naturally occuring yeast creating variations in flavor, it is not commercially made or sold. The cider can be further fermented to make wolf apple vinegar.
