Winter's Spire

The Winter Lepidorean's capital is small by the standards of many cultures, but nevertheless it is beautiful. The center of the capital is dominated by a humongous tower of ice. Within the Winter Elders consider the needs of their people and their unending war with the Unseelie. A somewhat militant place as the Lepidorean are ever on guard for Unseelie threats. Still even in this rugged place life goes on. The Arts do rather well as exotic pigments are recovered from the feywild and music carries spirits in war and religion. Also Teardrop wine readily available despite being highly sought after elsewhere in the world.

Demographics

This place is notably not diverse. Essentially all residence are Winter Lepidoren. Occasionally their summer cousins visit, send dignitaries, or make lives here. Eladrin elves are sometimes allowed to stay, but they are often under a great deal of scrutiny.

Government

The city and the Winter Lepidoren are ruled by a council of elders.
