Tushar has all of the benefits and downsides of being an ancient vampire. He is also a competent skilled sorcerer and fighter.

Personal history
Tushar was born just in time to be conscripted by The Eight into The Great Mage's War. Worse still he was put into Yugrim's super soldier experiments. Furthermore, the trauma of his transformation into undeath awoke a sorcerer's bloodline.
Tushar was among the first "Yugrin" vampires and today is he last. Tushar refuses to create more vampires, but he also refused to die.
In 1039 AS he found the ruins of The Weeping City and decided to explore them. He was on the front lines when Yearning and Burning attempted to return. He did not survive. His undead body and affiliation with ice magic made him a useful tool to the "gods" of want and reckless destruction.
