Altum
Altum is an unusual city primally maintained by undead. Carts in the streets are pulled by zombies rather than by horses. Although a zombie horse is not unheard of. This use of Undead makes the provenance of Nyrko a taboo and an anomaly in the Empire; of course people don't complain about the cheeper grain they can make.
The population of Altum is largely composed of Genasi although without a strong elemental leaning. Half-elves are the runner ups along with some halflings, goblins, and dwarves. Full elves usually detest the use of undead and rarely seen here.
