Time Keepers

The Time Keepers reside in the Archives of Xhorandin, a large building near the centre of the city in which much of the knowledge and history of Xhorandin is stored and curated.
Another purpose of the Archives is the large clock tower that protrudes from it centre. This clocktower is used as the standard time for the local province.
