The Speaker is the religious leader of Xhorandin.

They personally worship and represent the Platnium Dragon, whilst inside Xhorandin, conducting all large scale ceremonies in honor of Bahamut. They do not force the worship of Bahamut instead allowing other deities to have there own place in Xhorandin. But never taking the main focus away from The Platnium Dragon.

The Speaker is a very mysterious being. never unvieling his appearence, or anything personal for that matter, publicly instead keeping himself hidden behind large golden robes and a expressionless platnium mask.
