The wizard's Board
The wizards board consists of 9 elite wizards who decide and manage everything magical. For a long time there was a wizard for, Fire, Wind, Earth and Water. But know we have thoses 4, space, rights, goverment, and the leader. Along with one other, usually the leader's apprentice.
